"It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "

"This is a campground. We stayed in a mobile home. The mobile home was a bit grimy. They have a good restaurant, though. If you are coming in from the Via degli Dei, go around on the road. The gate on the Via degli Dei doesn’t let you in unless you call them and someone comes to open it. They do have a free shuttle to the train station. "

"The Aparment is an interior unit over looking the interior roof of the building underneath. It's on the second floor right above one of the main city fresh food and fish markets. It's very centrally located right next to the main city square with walkable distance to all the main city attractions. However with that location comes really heavy noise in the evenings from several restaurants and bars downstairs until late, as well as some mornings hearing all the bottles and garbage...

"We had a really good stay in the absolute centre of Bologna. The property was very well kept though the mattress, whilst adequate, could probably do with replacing soon. The property management were very efficient and provided plenty of information to make our brief stay a good one."

"Der Zustand des Appartements war fürchterlich. Alles alt,der Kühlschrank hat gestunken. Schlafcouch unter aller würde, von Matratze nichts zu sehen,nur lattenrost zu spüren. Sauberkeit gibt es in diesem Appartement leider nicht. Für den zustand war es sehr teuer,da hätte ich mehr erwartet. Kommunikation in Ordnung. "

"Its in a great location but we were on the top floor of 4 flights of very steep stairs trying to carry heavy suit case. there was no help from the girl who showed us the room. We are elderly and probably shouldnt have booked a place with such steep stairs. But the location was absolutely perfect and the room was charming. "The hotel is modern, quiet and well kept; rooms are comfortable. The staff was nice and it has a good breakfast (which was included); it was also helpful to have parking with them. The only con is that it takes 30 minutes to go downtown by car due to traffic but probably the price to be in a quiet place. "
