"Have stayed at Encino 4 times. Love it. Roof top pool. Roof top restaurant. Easy walk to Malecon and the Pier and the beaches. Staff is very helpful and curtious. Quaint Mexican feel with the beautiful court yard. Simple rooms nothing fancy but beds comfy and I always ask for balcony with river view. Just love staying here. "
