"I had a 2 night stay with a friend whilst attending a funeral locally. The room was clean and tidy and good sized. we had a meal in the restaurant with other fiends (8of us). Most of us had a good experience. But 3 had an issue with the steaks ordered. They found them to be a little tough to eat. ..."

Failed to send details of how get into the flat!
"Awful! After numerous attempts to find out how to get access to the property (phone calls/voicemail/messages/what's app) I had to check my family (Me, my Wife my 4 year old and 6 year old) into a hotel at 8pm. When I finally got a response to my messages my children were asleep in the hotel room. ..."
