"Her burde det vært pusset opp, ny maling på veggene og nytt dusjkabinett og gjøres mer fresh sted å være. Det hjelper ikke det er rent når malingen er falmet og møblene og intereriør er gammelt og nedslitt. Leiligheten ligger sentralt til og i et rolig område."
