"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. "We were delighted with out stay - from the check-in to the Manager (Michelle) checking in to see if there was anything we additionally needed. From Benson and colleagues at the door through to the restaurant - one of out best stays ever. Great team and can recommend the Sunday Roast lunch as well - just perfect."

"The space was wonderful and perfect for our 8-day stay. The kitchen is more than adequate. We cooked in most nights. It is ideally located a few minute walk from the Liberation Station with buses all over the island. The staff, Amanda and Martina were amazing and kind. SACO is a rare find. We will definitely be back to Jersey, and we will stay at SACO Jersey when we return."

The parking is down the stairs, which is not so easy for pieces of luggage, but by luck, we've been helped by the staff Breakfast is nice, but menu could be completed The restaurant is 3 minutes walking from the hotel, and unfortunately there is no room service"

"A gorgeous old country house hotel centrally located in Jersey and a short drive from the airport. The room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are cosy and relaxing spaces, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and when we return to Jersey, this is where we will stay again. "Room well furnished and comfortable.Lovely breakfast staff friendly and understood gluten allergy.Good location for shops,bars and restaurants.Bathroom extras are not well placed, not easy reach from shower so slip hazard. Did not get early call requested, woke up by arrival of taxi so no time to properly check we had everything packed and a rush to get to airport."

A well appointed hotel and excellent service

"The hotel was clean and well decorated. Plenty of lounge, function and dining areas. Food and drink were very good, plenty of choice but high end prices. Breakfast was included, tasty and plenty of it. Service throughout was excellent. Bed and room was comfortable. Mobility access might be a problem? There is an outdoor pool. Centre of town and beach was a good 15 minute walk. No local amenities that I noticed."

"Arrived at the hotel for a birthday weekend for me and the hubby, staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are one of the main reasons we booked the hotel and didn’t disappoint had it to ourselves most of the weekend. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice from continental- cereal, fruit, ham, cheese etc and then a gorgeous full English breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel close to amenities and lovely views of the sea with a pub attached to the hotel but a nicer one across the road will definitely be back "
