"This was booked as a private Villa with its own private pool, however we were disturbed by the owner entering the villa without being invited in which was very unnerving, especially when you open your bedroom curtains to find the owner outside your patio doors looking in. "Great service, stunning view from the room. Met all my expectations ❤️ I was delighted! All the hotel staff are very polite, welcoming, friendly, they immediately try to help with any issue, very friendly and smiling. The service was top notch. Based on their greeting, they immediately brought a cocktail, fruits and sweets before I entered my room, and when they treated me, they also gave me a very cute set 🥰 I have never seen such service in any hotel before. I would like to especially praise Hanna, the hotel employee who met me on the very first day and met me in the room. Very polite, friendly, sincere and kind 🥰 thanks to her, my first impressions of this place were like this. She was very kind and sincere in everything until the last thing she did for me ❤️ The restaurant staff Suta, Tria, Adid, Desa were also very kind and attentive. I would also like to note Kartika. She organized all the tours, took me to amazing and very beautiful places with a gorgeous view. She took a lot of beautiful photos and videos for me, like professionals. I got exceptional impressions from the trip with her, and I have a lot of amazing photos and videos as a memory ❤️ I sincerely recommend this place, you will definitely be delighted with the beauty of the hotel itself and the service manager ❤️"

"Great stay at the Oculus hotel. Food and facilities are amazing with excellent service. The hotel is located on a steep incline with lots of steps and hillu walks into Kintamanti so not recommended for someone with limited accessibility or pushchairs. We booked this hotel to do the Jeep Adventure to Mount Batur and it's a perfect location to relax and unwind away from the south madness. "
