"Checkin was a bit frustrating. We got to the hotel early, and our room was not ready (no big deal because we were early). I was told we would get a call when our room was ready. We waited until one hour after checking, and never received a call. I went to the front desk and was told our room was ready for quite some time but the previous shift didn’t let the new shift know we were waiting."

Some maintenance items need attention (light bulbs, etc). Lower level heater was challenged to keep up. Very meager “light breakfast” offering. Texts to “host” about things like Wi-Fi went unanswered."
