"The only thing I did find that should be explained better is that for the airport shuttle, is that you have to request 24 hour in an advance as the hotel has to hire out for this service. This is one of only hotels in the area that advertises a hotel shuttle to the airport but doesn’t mention this, reason I booked the night before and then when checked in couldn’t get a ride to airport and had to get a Lyft, "

"The whole hotel needs to be updated. The bathroom sinks are so low. You have to bend over to wash your face or anything like that. The toilet kept making noises. The fan was loud and made weird noises. Paint on the bathroom counter from when the walls were painted. The carpet on the floor was disgusting throughout the hotel. Just needs to be completely undated/remodeled."

"Rooms needed some touch ups -ripped carpeting, mold in the bathroom tub, weird texture tub floor and ink stained comforter. It’s an ok hotel but I would not stay there again. "
