"It was cold in the room and we had difficulty with the thermostat. we had a very long walk from the lobby to our room and were told that there was nothing else available. Lesson learned request something closer in the future golf cart issues the one night we went to Gaby's for dinner. the staff handled the issues with grace and efficency. "

"We stayed in room 307 on the night of 2/5/25 I found hair on the bathtub wall. The bath towels were not folded properly, it seems like the person who cleaned the room didn’t really care about the neatness of his/her job. It seems like the pillows were positioned in a hurry. Because of what I found, I had to check the beds to make sure he/she changed the bedsheets. "
