"It's the people that make this place a good place to stay in the city. The staff are really nice and professional and helpful. Everything is clean but I had to leave one star out since I noticed the shower stalls don't really get scrubbed especially at the bottom part which will have some mold and mildew. I will stay here again if I need a no-frills but a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay in Ortigas."

"We ended up having to book the last available room after an airline delay, and our original hotel was unable to extend. Place was clean, staff professional and courteous. They were able to provide a 2 hour early check in without charge (though earlier would have cost 1000p). Water pressure and temperature were excellent, which is hard to find at lower price hotels. "It's amazing! Only walking distance from MRT Shaw Station. Just google map the exact street. You need to turn an extra left to see Mariveles Street. The hostel is a good quiet place to sleep. "We held our sister's birthday celebration at the hotel, booking nearly 10 rooms. The experience was pleasant, except for a 30-minute delay in re-entering my room due to a dead battery and the manager's subsequent difficulty in resolving the issue. "Despite a mishap during check in, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. The location is great, walkable to a variety shopping, dining and entertainment areas!
