Green River Holiday Rentals

"What a find. Was going to stop in grand junction until i saw the price of hotels and parking charges. Green River is such a lovely quiet town. Hotel has a lovely funky lobby. Guy who checked me in was nice and friendly. Truckers use this hotel due to its location. Room was very comfortable though i had a view of the enterance arch so no actual sunlight but was only passing through. Good coffee in the lobby amd breakfast was waffles and usual motel fair. Checked out the "ratio" if you can. Also can go a little off road on BLM land and see the "geyser". Not really anywhere to eat so went to the Arbys at the gas station. Good luck with little ceasers as they are always closed it seams. The river is just stunning ti look at. Will stay here again if heading this way."

"Somehow my reservation was made for the day after that I was there the clerk at the desk was nice enough to waive a a fee so I could get a room for that night they didn't have to do that but they did and I appreciate it being I was on the road for a while and ready to sleep"

"Guy at the front desk was nice. Only stayed for one night while traveling and it did the job. Just needed a place to sleep. Only complaint I have is there was no tv remote but again it was only for one night so I didn’t mind much."

"Excellent accommodations! CheckIn/Out was easy and all the staff were friendly. The room was immaculately clean! Bed was comfortable and decor was fun with a featured art wall. There were tasty little welcome treats and othe touches that made the place feel so welcoming. The guestrooms are conveniently located on the main street through town and right next to the river. The complimentary breakfast at the Tamarisk Restaurant was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. I will definitely stay at The Skyfall if I am in Green River again."

"I am so happy we found this gem in the desert!! We travel through Green River often and had never heard of the River Rock Inn but now we will be staying here every time. When we arrived, Joe(?) welcomed us with a tour of where everything was, such as a coffee, hot chocolate and tea bar with snacks for our enjoyment, and then explained how to work everything in our room. The room itself was perfect! The owners, Greg and Tracy, put so much thought into not only the decorations but all the necessities that made it so special. The bed was very comfortable, the room was toasty warm and the towels were thick and soft. They have told us that all the rooms are a little different so we look forward to staying in all of them. After getting our room, we grabbed some snacks and sat outside, in the courtyard, around the fire pit. Perfect for a chilly night and a great way to end the day. They have a cute gazebo, cornhole for the grass area and beautiful plants all around. An oasis in the desert. In the morning we went for breakfast and all I can say is...WOW!! Greg made us breakfast and it was amazing, not only how it tasted but the amount of food and the presentation. One of the best breakfast's I have had. If you are just driving through or spending a few days hiking the parks I highly recommend The River Rock Inn. Greg and Tracy have poured their hearts into this beautiful place and when you stay here you will feel and see the love they have for it. We have fallen in love too!!"
