"The check in and welcome was the best we've ever experienced anywhere! It was such a massive surprise and so refreshing. "We booked a sea view room and were upgraded to the suite - lovely room, comfy king size bed and nicely furnished. Spacious and clean with lots of windows overlooking the sea front. Up a couple of flights of stairs which was no problem for us but something to be aware of as there is no lift.
