Smelly flat
"I have sent emails...they were returned non delivered The flat was dirty,smelly ..i bought cleaner to clean toilet..very dirty ...and for kitchen..yuck The 2 was sticking on front door and we spent nearly an hour in freezing wind and rain trying to get in"
