"I loved the way this older historic hotel has been renovated. The original floors, lobby and main rooms remind you of its history while the rooms, bedding, and amenities are up to date. The music in the various rooms changes creating an ambiance reminder of the old mixed with the new. Staff is very very attentive. I loved seeing the children at the pool, playing on the extensive lawn and all dressed in their resort casual for dinners. It reminded me of all the special reasons families love this resort. We really enjoyed the "specialness" of this place. "

"I had a great stay! The hotel was budget-friendly, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering great suggestions since it was my first time in the area. The room was clean, recently renovated, and very comfortable. I appreciated the easy breakfast in the morning, which made starting the day simple. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up adding an extra night to my stay. My only suggestion would be to extend the pool hours a bit later—after a long day of hiking, it would’ve been perfect to relax with a swim. Overall, a fantastic experience and excellent value!"
