"The hotel itself was nice, clean and the rooms do seem upgraded. TV was big, which is nice for a hotel. The hotel cannot handle or manage big groups. There was a group of young kids and their parents for a hockey tournament there, and these kids ran crazy the entire weekend. Playing hockey in the hallways. Yelling and screaming. Literally woke us out of a sleep before 8am on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday we tried calling down to the front desk at 730am. Let the phone ring 40x and no answer. Saturday afternoon around 230pm, same thing. These kids were literally playing hockey right outside our room. We couldn’t get any peace or quiet. We spoke with the front desk for the second time who advised they would send someone up. I can’t confirm if they did or not, but the noise didn’t stop.
The breakfast was okay. Although, there is one person filling it, cleaning, and taking care of everything. When we told her the pancake machine didn’t work (Saturday) she advised she’s the only one and too busy to fix it. Sunday, we went down at 8:55 (breakfast is until 10). There was 3 pieces of sausage remaining, absolutely nothing else and not even a plate to put it on. Also, couldn’t find this said worker in order to ask.
Overall a really terrible weekend experience. The property itself like I said was nice, wifi worked well. "
