"Very reasonably priced rooms. Nice rooms with a great view. There were a few areas that were overlooked during cleaning, otherwise it was fine. There were a few visable cob webs, the bottom of the nightstand hadn't been wiped in a while and the spare blanket had a number of stains on it 😕 For the most part staff was friendly except the young lady working dayshift. They gave us rotten bananas in our breakfast box and I waited very patiently for at least10 minutes while she checked in another...

"Just walking into the lobby I felt welcome, nice touches everywhere. Check in was friendly, room, bed and bathroom comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fine, pool and hot tub a nice option. 100% recommended!"

"Updated remodel with modern appeal. Lobby bar entertainment in the evenings. Free shuttle to local areas. Very Comfortable beds. Only issue we had was the shower would not get fully hot one day but was later fine. "

"Could of used a better dusting and cleaning around the beds. Sheets had holes. Bed was comfortable. Hot was was a pleasant supprise. Very clean pool area. Needed better staffing. All in all a pleasurable stay."

"Too much walking. I suggested to one of the supervisors, Nick Rockicki, that golf carts inside would be a smashing idea. Alot of senior citizens bring their children and grandchildren to your wonderful establishment, it would be a Postive step in showing you care about their restrictions as well. Thanks for a great weekend. "

"Beautiful hotel, right on the Bay for a spectacular view of the water in the evening and the next morning. Great breakfast bar and coffee service in lobby. Very clean room with a wonderful shower in the bath! Quiet and peaceful for a Fall overnight getaway!"

"The property was contactless, there was no concierge or visible staff. It was a strange experience, like kiosks at McDonalds except with customer service done by text message. The trip was fine, but a little unsettling if I needed something. The hotel felt lifeless. Also the Continental breakfast was just a cabinet full of snacks and no coffee or drinks. I skipped it. "

"Bed was comfortable. Hotel in general was clean and welcoming. The pool temp was perfect. The hot tub jets are kind of all over the place, not like typical hot tub jets. Breakfast was mediocre. Either the cereal or the milk tasted off; even with use by dates farther away. Waffles were good. No protein options, was really hoping for some bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, the omelets...something to go with my waffle. They had biscuits and gravy but im not a fan of that personally. Bedding was clean...

"The resort was very accommodating. Our room had a lake view and we had easy access to the beach. Staff was friendly and our room was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend and I will look to stay here on our next visit to Traverse City!"
