Good food in the Casino/Lounge. Breakfast was good with a good variety included with the room. Airport transportation and free parking for leaving your vehicle for an extented time.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Nice that they had a restaurant so that we didn't have to venture out in the snow once we checked in. The only thing is that we did not get maid service. However, when I called for extra towels, they were delivered quickly.

Sad to say but the Staff at coffee shop was high on something , and too busy on their phone to give good service. We have come to this hotel for probably near 20 years , a few times each year. Always been good. appreciate the lemon water served right by the front desk. So just thought we would share this little titbit of information to help you keep your service where it has been in the past.

The room we had was extremely spacious and very inviting. The breakfast in the morning was great, and having the sports bar on-site was a huge pro. The jacuzzi tub in our bathroom didn't work, and the hot tub and pool were closed for annual cleaning.

Booked a room at Heritage Inn Over 3 weeks for our annual Montana shopping and Sip n Dip vacation. We book a poolside room. Book Through Expedia and even left a note about getting a poolside room. The hotel responded with We've made a note of your request on your reservation in preparation for your arrival. Specific rooms/floors are subject to availability at the time of arrival. Less than a week before We came to find out the pool will be closed due to maintenance. Contacted Expedia and the hotel to cancel our reservation. Which was denied. Expedia kept sending emails stating that they were working on it then found out the day before check-in that there was nothing they could do and weren’t very helpful. Upon checking in we were given a poolside room with no pool or hot Tub. I did purchase the insurance that has amenity clause so hopefully we’ll receive some money. Back Then in December. 28 we received a phone call from the front desk stating that we had to Move rooms as they were going to be using a toxic epoxy so we had to pack up and move rooms. They did give us dinner at the hotel. The dinner was very good. And the staff at the Max were very nice and the service was amazing.

We moved to four different rooms as they were all extremely dirty, one had bugs in it, and the last one the door stop wasn’t attached and our baby tried to grab it. It was not clean or safe for children and the man at the front desk was extremely rude.
