We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite that included a fully equipped kitchen. Welcome gifts (chocolates) were a nice touch. Thank you Francisca for an amazing service. "I really loved the location of this hotel. It was directly by the underground. They even offered storage luggage while we were waiting to leave the city. There are several small restaurants arounds for coffee and snacks. The beds were firm which is my preference!"
