OK and affordable stay in Muskoka - large and spacious room.
I love that it was cozy however, it is quite secluded.

Therea a small path at the back of motel that leads to waterfalls. Its an ok motel, typical older style. Staff were friendly. Good for a place to sleep for anight
No curb appeal.Very run down.
Rooms were spacious and clean.
Excellent lightening at night.
No coffee/tea maker
Freezer in mini fridge was gross
Outlets inconveniently laid out
Okay for one night stop over
Rooms were in ruff shape. The place was not very clean. Had a 2 night stay and nobdy changed towels or did and house cleaning.
I will not stay here again.
Room was acceptable, but noisy location, didn’t sleep a wink. No dining place nearby, mostly because hwy 11 has limited turn around places, so you have to drive up and down hwy, wherever you go. Very tricky merging with traffoc tearing up/down at over 110km/h.

Disliked: Amenities
I didn’t mind the fact the room is very outdated, however it’s located on the side of the highway and the deadbolt didn’t work. I didn’t get the type of room I asked for, the tv remote was filthy and there was no coffee in the room.
The place smelled good and it was clean. The bed was comfortable.
It needs to be updated big time
They need to put non slip mats in the tub. Maybe have a vending machine for drinks as they are on the highway

We did not stay drove to the motel which was too far away for eating run down looking plywood on windows above air conditioners place needed paint outside main office dirt driveway and lot right on highway garbage bin in front over flowing saw all this and didn’t bother to check in just left
People walking by my room all hours of the night. Looked as if people were living in the room beside me. Dirty bed sheets with stains, A/C unit held in by plywood.
