"Good sized family room with 2 double beds. Very clean and smart. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Drinks available at the bar. We didn't have breakfast, but it is on offer, with kids eating free per paying adult. A short walk away was a selection of restaurants for dinner. There appeared to be a range to suit all budgets/tastes, but we went cheap and cheerful at Pizza Royal (which I'd recommend). The car ferry terminal was only a 5-10 minute drive away, so the hotel was great for our overnight stay. To note, secure parking is available at £12/night. However, plentiful, free on-road parking right outside the hotel. Area felt safe (as it can be) to leave our car outside. We would definitely use this hotel again. "

"Very friendly staff. A calm place for a stay. The food was excellent without being particularly imaginative which suited us all fine. Our 7 year twins were treated with charm and patience and so was our dog. We also greatly enjoyed the pool. "

"Absolutely amazing hotel. When travelling, I prefer to stay at chain hotels as they tend to be more reliable and safe. Hotel room was huge, toilet/ shower was a very good size and the check in was so easy. The lady spoke both French and English so made it a very easy process. Got breakfast included which was lovely. Short walk to the museum and Christmas market as well as the high streets and Dunkirk harbour. 10/10 recommend"
