Before arriving, i called the property over a dozen times. Each time it rang 5 times then have a busy signal and disconnected. Upon arrival, the desk clerk was seated, didn't greet me, made no eye contact and said "may I help you?" Absolutely not welcoming in any way. I asked if the phone rings to this front desk. She said yes and asked if it rang on my end. But while i was there, a guest already staying there walked in to ask about how to get on the wifi. I assume he had to walk over because they don't answer the phone.

Everything about the hotel was top notch. Easy check in, great breakfast and very clean and comfortable room. The only take away was the toilet. I'm 6'2" and 285. Toilet was way to low and too small. Need to change to an elongated style.

Little on the noisy side. I know all hotels have some noise (closing doors, people in the halls) but in the morning when everyone was starting their day, it was noisy. I heard four different alarms going off in other rooms between 5:45 and 6:30. I was also starting my day so I’m sure someone heard mine haha. The shower was nice and hot, bed was really comfortable, and the location for my travels was perfect. I would stay again
