"Overall we enjoyed the night we spent at this rustic property. The road in to the location is a back road but was well signed. Our SatNav was a bit confused - but take your time and pay attention to the signs and you’ll be fine :) Good size room with comfy bed. The shared kitchen was a nice plus and we were able to enjoy our own wine in the general living area which was nice as well. Would definitely return. "

"This is a perfect place for a stay during a visit to the Highlands/Inverness/Cairngorms National Park. We stayed with our children. The breakfast was delicious. Mark our host was super helpful upon arrival and was extremely accommodating. The guest house was so clean and well furnished. We enjoyed the use of the front living room area. We also were able to do some laundry which was great. I would highly recommend this guest house!"

"On a one month tour of the UK, we have stayed at 17 properties. This was by far the best. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The in-house bar was well stocked with whiskies and the staff was very knowledgeable on the brands. We would return for a longer stay next time. "

"We arrived early an were able leave the car whislt we explored Inverness on foot. Most places were within easy walking distance. Breakfast was excellent and I would recommend the porridge it was very moreish. The room was perfect for us we even enjoyed the light show. The owner was very obliging and let us leave our car after checking out so that we could walk to the island's in the river, despite the weather it was well worth the effort. "
