"I had to go down to London Ontario for a surgery on my arm I was in the hospital for four days was only expecting to be there for two the hotel is very accommodating and I need extra rooms for my girlfriend to stay although some rooms may have been booked but she was able to keep the room that we originally booked. The staff there was very accommodating it’s not the Taj Mahal but if you’re looking for a relatively priced place to stay just to get the job done it’s the perfect place"

"Very loud guests / noise in main entrance and hallways. Room a long distance from the hotel entrance. Having to walk past the outdoor cigarette smokers in order to access our room from the outdoors. Room clean and comfortable. The rest of the building is definitely not. "
