"Quiet,clean, and friendly staff"

"Was very grateful to all the receptionists that I spoke to, who gave really helpful service - I wanted to have a room not too far into the forest as I was on my own and also would be on foot but the road for the lodges is for car traffic. The surroundings were really incredible in the hot weather, cool, beautiful evenings, squirrels and birds. Places to sit and enjoy the outside. Food and drink smelt good although I didn't try them. Phone reception was a bit tricky but it would help with relaxation."

"Upon arriving at the cairn hotel the driveway had ample space for entry and parking. The entrance to the hotel was extremely clean, the staff were welcoming, helpful and very pleasent. I would recommend a vacation here, you will have a great time and leave with a smile 😊"

"All of the staff truly made this the most enjoyable vacation ever! However one stood out, it was the front office manager Gergana who greeted us with warmth and professionalism that went above and beyond! At one point we were just struggling with time zone changes and the heat that had unexpectedly surprised everyone in England, she not only guided us to make arrangements with venues that were available in the later hours and air conditioned, she helped us make our bookings and get the most out of our vacation! We had traveled five days to get to Harrogate England dues to several flight cancellations but because of her help we went from miserable to totally rested, relaxed and rejuvenated! It was her kindness and caring that made our experience amazing! Next year we will take a another multi country holiday trip of a lifetime holiday and we are looking for Hotel Du Vin as the focal point for the cities we will go to next! "It was a very nice, clean hotel, staff were very polite. The room was on the ground floor and was very quiet. Room was very clean. Lovely grounds to walk around. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again. "

"Great from check in till check out. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Work going on, so a bit difficult to park, but we found a space. Short walk into the town with lots of places to eat with 5/10 minutes walk. Would book again when visiting Harrogate "
