Luxury Victoriana in Grantham

We were delighted with all aspects. We received a warm welcome, the room was spotless, well maintained and with considerable attention to detail. Thoughtful and quality aspects included wine glasses, linen napkins, a wide range of teas and coffees, bespoke bed covers and a basket of luxury body products in the bathroom. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good vegetarian option. We would thoroughly recommend.

great place to stay

We were greeted by Jonathan the owner and it seemed like we were old friends from the off. Our room was warm and very clean. The lights were already on which gave a very pleasant welcome feel. We were given information as to directions to the twon centre where we able to get an evening meal. You can come and go as you please and Jonathan and his wife are on call if anything is required. The breakfast were very good and you could pre-order or order in the morning if you didn't know what you wanted. There was agood choice of cereals and fruit juice and our cooked breakfast were very nice, especially the bacon. At the price we paid you couldn't fault the Guest House even Christmas crackers at breakfast as Christmas was approaching, although I think Jonathan needs a little practise at his carol singing. All in all a little gem of a place to rest your head.

Near to Grantham centre with on site or street parking. Very friendly, helpful couple who run a nicely decorated, clean, comfortable guest house. Lovely breakfast. Would stay again.
