"I always love staying here when I'm in Altus! It reminds me of a little mom and pop hotel and they keys are old-style and that's my FAVORITE part about it! "
"I was booked into a closed down motel in Altus Oklahoma for the high school reunion weekend. When I arrived to check in at 3 pm the motel was boarded up. There were no available rooms in the town because of the reunion. My contact at Expedia assured me there would not be a charge on my Discover card. Next day I had a no show charge for a closed hotel which has not been removed. I will not recommend Expedia to anyone or use the service again. Dale McAskill. Please reply to this email."
