I went to my room, grabbed snacks from the vending machine. I stayed in my room and fell asleep well despite the hard bed. I was awakened at 2 am by the jerk in the next room who was talking very loudly This continued until almost 4am despite me asking him to quiet down and my pounding on the wall. I should have called the desk but i was so tired i didn't want to have to get up

Had a positive stay at the Comfort Inn Grand Rapids Airport. The staff was helpful and offered me a new room when the heater in the original one wasn’t working. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I also really liked the vending machines—they had a great variety of options. Overall 4/5 stars.

Room was clean, but desperately needs some rehab. Bathroom and main doors had the laminate coming off at the bottom. There was a hair wad on the bathroom floor. Check in was chaotic and very slow. I had reserved a room for a pet and even called ahead to make sure this was known. And after several minutes of being checked in (although I had a reservation) I was given a room on the second floor. The hotel was very worn out looking. The carpet was frayed snd the walls were dated. The toilet had trouble flushing. Lots of maintenance needed. The hallway was very musty smelling. The bed was comfortable.
