The entrance door to the motel had an old washing machine next to the door. Some garbage also. The small containers of shampoo and conditioner were half full and dirty. The heating/cooling unit was set at 72 degrees with no way to adjust it so it was too warm in the room and uncomfortable to sleep.

Cheaper than the hotels in Grand Island. Overall condition of the property is ok. Room was fairly clean.
