Overall, we were disappointed in the quality of our room for the price we paid. When we got to our room, the entry light would not turn on. There was no luggage rack/stand for our suitcase. Then we found that one of the beds sheets had what appeared to be a small urine stain. So we had to change the bedding on that bed. Next, the toilet paper roll holder fell off the wall and would not go back on the wall. Above the door in the bathroom, there was a wadded up ball of toilet paper that had been stuck there for who knows how long. Through the night, the heat did not work, so we froze in our room. We expected a lot better qualify when spending $200 for one nights stay. We have stayed at this property in the past and had a good experience, but this might be our last stay here for that kind of money and such a poor experience. I will say, the front desk staff was really nice; but offered nothing more than apologies when given the laundry list of things wrong with our stay. Was hoping for something more to make up for the bad room we were given.

This was our second time in this same hotel and glad it was pet friendly. Our room was big and clean. Staff were alright but the breakfast lady was so nice and how she keeps greeting everyone good morning and making sure there’s enough food. The receptionist when we checked in was not so friendly, could use a smile and feels like I bothered him when I asked for extra beddings.
