We’ll be back to this hotel! It’s located so you can walk almost everywhere in Granada and the staff is lovely. They’re friendly, helpful and very professional. The rooms are spacious and decorated in a quirky way with a mozárabe feel to them. We had a Juliet balcony that looked out on Plaza Fortuny. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance. Plaza Santo Domingo is just behind the hotel and there’s a great cafe bar and tables in the sun. The terraza on the roof of the building has spectacular views of the city rooftops and the snow covered Sierra Nevada mountains. In short this is a great hotel! An absolute steal st these prices!

Casual hotel as the name is. Good location in center of Granada. Very friendly staff. Pet were welcome. Breakfast was good and versatile. The room was casual and clean. Only negative thing was the view from window but we stayed only one night, so no matter.

There was a problem between the hotel and Expedia during check-in, but Marta, the front desk staff, patiently helped resolve the issue. The response after that was also very kind. There are bars nearby and it's lively at night, but there were a lot of people so I was able to walk around without hesitation. I would definitely like to stay here again when I go to Granada.

Well located in the center of Granada, rooms are clean and very comfortable, good air conditioning for a hot summer and the people in the front desk are friendly and always try to help you. Close restaurants and in the case you need wash and clean clothes there is a laundry at 2 minutes walking from the hotel. Also the breakfast was great with almost anything you can imagine to start your day,without any doubt I will come again, this is a 10/10 hotel

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. I especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing a room with a loft for my children, which they absolutely loved. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Air condition did not work in family room but the staff gave us 2 other rooms after négociation We were there for two nights and the first night was difficult because of the heat, we didn’t sleep well but the second night everything was good The breakfast was basic but OK for the price 7 euros pp
