Was nice and quiet as in not many guest at the time , pool was nice , comfy sunbeds , great staff , only negative was some road noise & beds not very comfy ,but thats personal preference i guess , location to beach and rest resort was great , room was overlooking Marina , nice view from balcony

A little disappointing
This was our second time staying in Portonovo. We were disappointed with our stay as the only entry point to the apartment was through the main entrance/reception area. All other entrances were closed even though the apartments were fully booked. We were in no.142 so at the far end of the building. It was a long trek to the pool in comparison to previous stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a nice balcony overlooking the marina. The staff were very pleasant.

Best location
Have stayed at Portonovo many times. We had a refurbished apartment which was clean and even two plug sockets in the kitchen! Our bedding wasn’t changed at all but did have clean towels! Basic equipment but as expected. Best location in Puerto Rico!

Er fornøyd med oppholdet. Fin beliggenhet, ny oppusset leilighet med lette møbler. Stort fint bad og kjøkken utstyrt med det man trenger under ferie. Tilgang til NRK med det var veldig « hakkete» så det ble lite brukt. Håndkle mafiaen lever fortsatt i beste velgående dessverre.

Fin plass og god service.
Da vi kom fikk vi en dårlig leilighet. Hadde skrive mail at vi hadde vårt der 3 ganger før. Men ikke mottatt ??? Men vi fikk mye bedre leilighet dagen etter, God service !!!

Bästa läget med närhet till strand, hamn, bra mataffär och restauranger. Städrutinerna var oregelbundna. Bra poolområde, ingen barnpool , så bäst lämpat för vuxna utan barn.
