"Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. "We stayed in a lovely apartment on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and access to a laundry room which was free. They even provided free chairs/parasols to use at the beach. Staff were super helpful! Apartment was a few minutes from the tram stop, several supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"Abdel was very helpful and was able to facilitate easy check in. Fantastic base for holiday. Situated in old town with many great restaurants nearby. The prime location allowed us easy access to all the main sites, beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms are great. I would highly recommend."

"The location is very convenient, they checked us in quickly. During our stay, the light in the room went out in the evening, the problem was solved in 10 minutes. The only thing to pay attention to is the pungent smell of detergents! Thank you!"

"Situated in central Torrievieja. It is a few minutes walk from the bus garage and shops. It is about a 10 minutes walk to the sea front. The reception and dining area are modern. The rooms have dated decor. There is no kettle in the room. Breakfast was a small croissant in a packet, a small cake in a packet, two toasts (lovely bread), butter, jam, a slice of ham and cheese. "Awful apartments, avoid them. Very Dirty, location in the middle of no where. No kettle or toaster bare minimum plates, cutlery. When we arrived the bins were full of rubbish from previous renters. We had to ask reception to come empty them. "

"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"The apartment on the 5th floor would be large enough for a family of six. There is so much room with three bedrooms two with their own washrooms. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Close to all the sites in Old town as well as bars and restaurants but the location on Navàs means it’s quiet. Very accommodating team that looks after your every need. "

"The stay was very much to our satisfaction. On the good sides, perfect location. You wont get more central to Alicante than this. Apartment was clean and has plenty of room (in our case we were 3 person and occupied the bedrooms, leaving living room available for hanging out.) "I was a little apprehensive about staying here, but how wrong I was! The hotel reception was welcoming and we were able to check in early as we had a very early flight! The room was light, airy and clean. It had good heating to take the chill off the February air! All in all, a great location and would certainly book again if staying in Alicante!"

"I enjoyed my stay so much I didn’t want to leave. The room was soundproof so had the best sleep after an early morning flight and the breakfast was delicious. Right in the centre of Alicante opposite the Mercado Central market, this hotel is a recommended place to stay. Thank you all xx "

"Brilliant hotel, full of charm in a great central location. Staff were very friendly and attentive and the hotel was spotlessly clean. We loved the roof terrace, a moment of peace whilst still surrounded by the buzz of Alicante. Beautiful historic surroundings and the room was full of character. Would throughly recommend. "

"It’s a decent well priced hotel for a mid February stay. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was included, room was spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, English speaking staff and entertainment on an evening even out of season. Bar prices reasonable. Plenty of free parking around hotel and car was safe. Lovely view even from lower floors. Overall a very good stay. Have booked my mum in there for a week in April for a bit of spring sunshine."
