Upon arriving at the facility, there was a huge line of people waiting to check in. Waited about 1 hour in line and line did not even move. Gave up on checking in, went out to get dinner with my family and then came back around 9 pm to try again. Check in was easy at this time. Hotel was clean, but no house keeper will come to freshen up the room or even pick up dirty towels and replace with new ones. Breakfast is amazing but the room service and lunch/dinner menu changed over the year. Pizza is no longer available and kids menu is not helpful if you have a picky eater. Room stayed cold. Heater was not working properly. No extra blankets in room. Have to request. I do not recommend this hotel. It is a bit overpriced based on its location. Available Liquid soaps, shampoo, and conditioners are of very poor quality.

My stay at the Wyndham Gramado was nothing short of exceptional. Hotel staff were extremely pleasant and friendly, cleanliness is central to their operations and hotel offerings such as pool and dining were simply top-notch. Shame we didn’t get to experience more of the property as we were in town for a conference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gramado- just be sure to rent a car as you’ll need it to venture into the beautiful town.

The property is newer & nice. The breakfast is great however any other time we tried to go to the restaurant for lunch or dinner it was closed. The pools are nice & warm. You have to pay an additional $7 a day for parking. They valet but it takes a long time to get your car because there are always people waiting. The first night we didn’t have any water and then the second day they did not give us any clean towels we had to go ask for them. We stayed at 4 hotels over our 10 day trip and this was did not impress me as much as I would have expected from the pictures,etc

Wi-Fi conexión funciona muy bien. Habitación muy chica pero limpia. Solo para dormir esta bien. Presión de ducha es baja pero temperatura bien caliente. No tiene bañera. Desayuno rico completo. Café rico. Cena solo buffet. Caro. Comida no rico, poca variedad. Los mozos llevaron los platos antes que terminamos y tuvimos que ir a buscar otra vez. Sillas son muy bajas, no amable para los niños. Mesas son incómodas. Room service es mejor que buffet, pero no cumplieron el pedido. Y todo muy salado. Agua de piscina está calentita, la gente trabajan dentro de piscina son muy atentos y amables. Cada tanto limpian piso. Nos gustó más es piscina. Recepción: check in rápido, nos dio información básica. Gente son amables, buenas ondas y bien educados. Valet parking: desastre. Tardaron más de 30 minutos para traernos nuestro auto. Eso No pueden llamar “valet parking”. Y además nos cobran por desastre servicio. Mala onda. No saben como trabajar. Había mucha gente esperando sus autos en todo el lobby toda la mañana. Limpieza mala onda en pasillo estaba gritando y vigilando a toda la gente que estaban subiendo escalera. (26/julio 21:00 hrs aprox.) Esa impieza no sabe hablar como una humana normal. Cómo puede ser una limpieza gritar a los huéspedes? Mala educada. Totalmente culpa de hotel. La verdad, no nos sentimos cómodos en el hotel salvo desayunoy piscina. Dejamos nuestra opinión porque nunca jamás volveremos este hotel.

Es un lugar bastante hermoso, limpio y lujoso. La atención es excelente. En cuanto a estacionamiento, particularmente no tuvimos buena experiencia. Tenes que dejar la llave del auto para que te estacionen porque no hay lugar, hay gente entrando y saliendo cada rato y el espacio bastante reducido. El buffet de desayuno es bastante completo, pero si te gusta desayunar tranquilo y en paz este no es el lugar, había tanta gente que tenias que formar fila para todo. Se pierde bastante tiempo y es un caos. El servicio de limpieza de la habitación es excelente, pero la cama deja mucho que desear, muy incómodo. Si tuviera que elegir volver ya no lo haría.

The hotel is excellent. Staff, room beautiful . Great pool you can swim from inside to outside. Breakfast was superb and free . Only bad thing is location you must uber everywhere.nothing is close. Center city 15 minutes but i would stay there again and again
