Apesar de ter o nome hotel, é uma pousada básica. Duas camas de solteiro no lugar da cama de casal, acústica dos quartos ruim, dar para ouvir até o barulho da descarga do quarto vizinho e conversas, também! Não tem fechadura eletrônica no quarto. Café da manhã muito simples e com itens restantes do dia anterior!

Excelente custo benefício ainda mais por se tratar de Gramado que é uma cidade cara e por ser no centro! Fomos passar apenas uma noite devido a um casamento então funcionou para a ocasião. Achei o quarto pequeno caso fosse ficar mais tempo hospedada, mas muito limpo, confortável, ar condicionado e chuveiro funcionando bem. Café da manhã excelente, me chamou atenção os bolos serem caseiros, porque normalmente os bolos nos hotéis são muito industrializados. Super indico!

Adoreii, o hotel é bem pertinho do centro, uber dá em média 12 reais, os funcionários maravilhosos, café da manhã muito bom, só senti falta de uma tapioca rsrs, hotel possui elevador. Quartos limpos, tem uma cadeira de massagem na recepção. Quando voltar ficarei nele novamente.

As instalações são um pouco mais antigas, mas é possível ver pelas fotos, que representam bem a condição atual do hotel. O serviço é satisfatório, tem estacionamento e a limpeza é satisfatória também. Tínhamos expectativas realistas, com base no que foi anunciado, então supriu bem.

Tri lago hotel Gramado.
Excelente. Quarto amplo, limpo, organizado. Café da manhã com variedades e muito bom. O hotel fica no bairro Planalto, um bairro lindo para fazer caminhada. É um pouco longe do centro, mas nada que uma caminhada de 30 minutos e ir conhecendo a cidade. Recomendo.

Hotel muito limpo e confortável. Gostei muito. Café da manhã muito bom. Na parte da tarde tem cafezinho com bolachinhas na recepção , eu achei um mimo! O local onde está localizado é lindo e me chamou a atenção o silêncio que faz à noite. Não tem movimento de carros, região próxima ao centro e muito silenciosa. Tinha calefação até nos corredores, deixando qualquer lugar dentro do hotel quentinho. Eu voltaria com certeza.

Hotel muito limpo e confortável, atendimento foi muito bom! Estávamos em família com 4 pessoas, um casal e duas idosas. Tem elevador, fácil acesso a todas as dependências, uma bonita área verde, bom café da manhã e quartos ótimos.
