The room has nothing to do with the photo in the ad. I chose the deluxe room and there is nothing deluxe. Terrible room, small, cramped, I called reception at 10pm to ask for service in the kitchen and they said they didn't have that time as the menu says until 12pm. I don't recommend it and I won't stay there again.

O atendimento na recepção é o grande diferencial, estão de parabéns! O hotel possui uma mascote canina que também contribui demais para a satisfação dos hóspedes, ela é muito gentil e fofa! O café da manhã, outro ponto com avaliação máxima, tudo lindo e delicioso. A limpeza do quarto precisa ser aprimorada, em especial saliento que havia um item do hóspede anterior embaixo da cama do meu quarto (sinalizando que ali não havia sido higienizado). No mais tudo ótimo, estrutura fantástica para as crianças.
