Nice stay

Very cute hotel near downtown Gramado. Employees are very kind, patient, and friendly. Room was very clean, but also very small. Since we were out and about a lot the small room didn't matter too much, but I was surprised how small it was. Shower was nice with good water pressure. I would stay here again easily especially for the comfortable bed, nice shower, and wonderful people that work there.

Assemelha mais para pousada do que hotel

Esse estabelecimento se enquadra mais como uma pousada do que hotel propriamente dito, é um lugar pitoresco, de certo modo até confortável, porém a privada estava entupida e demorou 6 horas para chegar um profissional e fazer o reparo que, demorou segundos. A cama tem o colchão bem rígido e pra quem não está acostumado é um problema, os rejuntes do piso do box do banheiro precida de reparos dá um aspecto de sujidade apesar do local ser bem limpo, o ponto positivo é a ducha que é espetacular, o espaço do quarto também é bom. A arrumação do quarto foi feita somente no final da tarde, chegamos de um passeio no período da tarde e não estava arrumado tive que solicitar mais uma vez a arrumação, as atendentes da recepção são excelentes e fazem o que está ao alcance. O café da manhã é simplesmente decepcionante, poucas opções e poucas reposições. Enfim nesse valor há hotéis bem melhores.

Quarto com janela para o corredor?

Nao vejo necessidade em esconder da descricao do quarto no site do hotéis.com que o quarto nao tem janela para o exterior. Uma coisa é saber com o que se conta, outra é chegar no hotel e verificar que o quarto tem janela para o corredor. A limpeza do quarto também poderia ser melhorada, bem como pequenas reparações que nao sao custosas e que fazem certamente a diferença. Uma nota positiva para a simpatia do staff.

LUGAR ACONCHEGANTE E CHARMOSO!

Fomos muito bem recebidos quando chegamos e, como o chek-in era apenas as 14h, deixamos nossa bagagem guardada no próprio Hotel. No que tange à localização, é EXCELENTE... você faz o centrinho (borges de medeiros, R.são Pedro e redondezas) tudo a pé, tem farmácia, mercadinho e restaurantes por perto... O quarto é grande com cama confortável. O ambiente do Hotel é tão acolhedor que eu me senti na casa de minha vó :). O café da manhã farto e bem variado. Deixou um pouco a desejar a limpeza no quarto, mas nada demais tb... Com ctz ao retornar em Gramado provavelmente ficaremos no Petit.

Limpeza impecável, quarto espaçoso e confortável, porém o restaurante demorou duas horas para levar nosso jantar. A equipe do café da manhã é bastante cordial e atenciosa, no entanto, demoravam muito para fazer as reposições. Não tinha manteiga, somente margarina e no lugar do presunto, tinha apresuntado.

Fiquei num geral muito satisfeito com a estadia. O lugar me recorda à uma casa muito aconchegante de vó com decoração muito bonita e de acordo com o proposto do nome. Agradeço à funcionária Cláudia que foi muito carinhosa com a gente desde a entrada à saída. Os quartos são pequenos mas bem aconchegantes e as instalações dos banheiros precisam de reparos. Recomendo pela localização com acesso fácil aos principais locais até mesmo a pé!

Muito boa. Quanto a pousada, pode melhorar a qualidade do monitor de TV. Banheiro tem uma goteira junto ao suporte da lâmpada. Necessário mais funcionários. Os que estão prestam ótimo serviço, mas estão sobrecarregados.
