Boa estadia no galo vermelho
Borda da piscina tem q ser antiderrapante, cai um tombo e meu filho tbm. Restaurante do café sem ar condicionado estava muito quente. Pelo calor pago, o café deveria ter mais opções como tortas. Hotel muito bem limpo, funcionários atenciosos.

Bom hotel.
Hotel muito bom. Atendimento impecável. Café da manhã básico (mais simples dos hotéis de Gramado), mas tem sabores muito bom. As piscinas são aquecida e o horário de funcionamento é das 10h até as 22h.

Ótima experiência, funcionários prestativos, localização boa, apenas a disposição das camas nos quartos que incomoda pois se escuta os barulhos e conversas do quarto ao lado. Piscinas boas, sala de jogos e fitness precisa de mais atenção pois não tem opções. Café ótimo com bastante opções. Estacionamento é grande mas com hotel cheio não tem vaga para todos carros, tendo que deixar mais longe. No geral tudo ótimo voltaríamos com certeza.

Falta estrutura interna
O atendimento é atencioso, entretanto a estrutura do hotel ainda é antiga. Os quartos fora reformados, mas têm dificuldade com a hidráulica e colchões deformados. A piscina térmica é pequena, cabendo seis pessoas. As duas banheiras de hidromassagem estão quebradas, faltando seus acabamentos como saída água e não funciona como hidro. A piscina externa tem o fundo encardido, manchado é escuro. A sala de jogos é no porão do hotel e seu acesso é pela área da piscina térmica, assim reduzindo o período de funcionamento. O local tem mal cheiro de mofo. Não tem espaço fitness. O café da manhã, tem ovos mexidos secos e não proporciona variedade. A cozinha não funciona fora o café da manhã, não tendo serviço de quarto. Também não oferta louça de janta, possibilitando jantar no quarto com tele-entrega. Nos quartos não tem mesas. Falta área de estar no hotel para os hóspedes, considerando a chuva e o frio típico na região.
