A very nice property with a upscale spa feeling. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was VERY nice. Staff was very friendly and service oriented even though we had a bit of a language barrier. They were very kind to us. The only thing that drove us crazy was the lights in the room would turn on during the night when it sensed any movement. The bed was very comfortable. The room quiet for sleeping. The neighborhood is very walkable and safe. We used Uber at times as well with no issues. Great stay! Highly recommend!!

Já ficamos inúmeras vezes hospedados no Hotel Bavaria, classifico como excelente em todos os quesitos, desde a estrutura, atendimento, café da Manhã…porém, o que vem tirando a essência daquele hotel que achávamos tão acolhedor, são aquele pessoal que ficam na recepção vendendo cotas d hotéis etc. acho muito desagradável esses vendedores que ficam insistindo a todo momento para oferecer esse tipo de investimento … está ficando muito desagradável ser recepcionado por essas pessoas… espero que a administração do hotel leia essa Mensagem e mude essa estratégia de venda de cotas, pq adoramos muito esse hotel, mais se continuar assim, infelizmente Não pretendemos voltar.

Bavaria sport é sempre minha opção em gramado. Extremamente bem localizado, fora do nicho mais caro do centro. Muito confortável, acolhedor, sempre limpíssimo, cama e roupa de cama gostosa, acomodação excelente. O restaurante do hotel tbm é muito bom e com preço justo - nada abusivo. Ótimo para quem vai com criança pois da para dar janta para os pequenos (cozinha excelente!) antes de sair a noite

quarto Superior Pinus uma decepção

Hotel muito limpo e área comum ótima com excelente café da manha, entretanto o quarto Superior Pinus não condiz em nada com o restante do hotel, chuveiro com péssima localização de frente para o Box! tive dificuldade em tomar banho, cama super desconfortável (tinha um buraco em um dos lados). Além disso, não tem recreação! fui para o hotel pensando que tinha e me decepcionei. Para finalizar fica na porta do hotel uma pessoa insistindo para conhecer propriedade e compra de cota! Super desconfortável! Pelo valor da diária consegue lugar melhor em Gramado, principalmente se estiver com criança.
