Não vale o que cobra

O melhor é a localização. O quarto OK, apesar de ter na varanda fiação de energia eletrica (para luzinhas natalinas) em conexões meio expostas, na grade de metal. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, tem que ser alternado pois nao tem espaço para todos hospedes, nao tem reposicao de certos alimentos, o café em si estava intragável, paredes tomadas de mofo, muito ruim mesmo.

Hotel bom e fica a 2 quadras da rua principal. Estacionamento pago porém o recepcionista nos informou que a rua era segura e facilmente conseguiríamos vaga, o que de fato ocorreu. Quarto amplo , limpo e com camas muito boas. Banheiro grande mas já em tempo de uma pequena reforma/ pintura nas paredes e troca de itens como espelho e acessórios. No anúncio diz que o hotel não possui elevador mas tem. Café da manhã simples mas gostoso.

A estadia foi ótima, tudo muito limpo, funcionários muito simpáticos. Apenas a ducha higiênica no banheiro não funcionava e o ar condicionado tb não resfriava. Se estivesse quente passaríamos calor. Localização excelente. Café da manhã atende muito bem, tudo muito gostoso. Recomendo!!!

Na realidade o hotel anunciou estacionamento, mas, não tem, não há arrumação do quarto e nem troca de toalhas…só se pedir. O café da manhã é muito bom e a Sra. do café muito simpática e prestativa. Eu clássico esse hotel mais como uma pousada.

Ótimo custo-benefício. Localização excelente, a duas quadras da avenida Borges de Medeiros, perto de restaurantes e pontos turísticos do centro de Gramado, dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Recepcionistas bastante atenciosas e café da manhã bom. Voltaremos com certeza!
