"Great location, 20 minutes from Old Town, 10 minutes from Universitate metro, but on a busy road so you may want to keep the windows shut. Fortunately there is efficient air conditioning (controlled by a remote). Clean, comfortable, with a small kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, kettle). I kept the blinds closed against the heat and the workmen outside, and then found the lighting a little dim. Brighter bulbs and/or a bedside light would be welcome."

"I have stayed here a few times and like it a lot. It’s v close to Piata romana. Small problems are: the internet is patchy. It’ll sometimes drop for no reason, and won’t appear on WiFi for a little while. Secondly, I’m uncertain that they change the door pass code. I usually ask for the bedroom key so that I can lock it at night and also when I go out. "

I wish my time here would have been longer. It's very secure, but died require a car and Internet proficiency to make the best use of this great property. Thank you for an excellent stay. "nice location, there were restaurants and bars across the 'river'. the person at the front could not speak english which made things a bit frustrating for both parties but it worked out. view was nice. unit had full fridge which we liked, in unit washer and dryer, although the dryer took over 3 hours to dry a load. nice little space for 4-6 people."

The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain.
