"Room was beautiful. TV infront of the bed did not work. Staff did not show us around the property when we checked in. We had to find the gym, spa and restaurant ourselves. In the gym room there was no water and little towels. For a 5 star this is important. The room was beautiful and the bedding very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and the pool water is comfortable"
