"An exceptional property and 5 star service at every level. The spa is a beautiful oasis, all staff went above and beyond in all departments. I arranged for a direct transfer from the airport to the hotel and it was worth every penny after a long journey from Canada. The drivers who work with the hotel are amazing. The breakfast options are fresh and plentiful, and the service was excellent. Gozo is a beautiful island and I highly recommend a stay at the Kempinski. 10/10 will absolutely return. "

"Amazing stay, and good value in the centre of Victoria. Steps to the old town, citadel, bus transport, restaurants and cafes. Room was modern, comfortable and clean. Soft goods top quality. Every staff member was friendly and greeted us warmly. Front desk very helpful with tourist advice. Breakfast was fabulous with great selection, eggs cooked to order and specialty coffee if you wanted. Public park next door is lovely for a take out lunch. On lower level of the mall (same building) is a small well stocked supermarket for quick bite and snacks. Perfect choice for our short stay in Gozo."

"A really lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, great food (massive portions!), very comfortable bed and a large room. The hotel is located a short walk to local restaurants and the pretty village square. Also a short drive to Victoria. If you like walking, it's about 4km to Ramla Bay "
