"Poor service, untidy room, all shabby linen, no soap or towels till you specifically ask, rude staff, broken cups for tea which you get after several requests, not at all worth its price. Would never ever recommend and I think it's a shame that such important places have such pathetic places. "

"I had booked a lake view room, they gave me one which was infront of the pool with zero privacy. Everyone enjoying the pool just infront of the room. We had got it changed, the room was just above the swimming pool which was still okay but not worth the price you pay. Overall the resort is good, the view is worth the money and food is awesome too"

"I didn’t like: 1. They don’t have door bell. 2. Staff is not supportive. 3 Kitchen is not available if you need anything you will have to go out and have. 4. That should have call on landline if anything comes up from reception however they sent house keeping people and they knocked the door unlimited times,"
