Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable. Et le concierge m’a ouvert vers 1h du matin puisque j’avais une réservation. Ceci dit, il n’y avait qu’une couverture légère et le froid m’a réveillé vers 4h. J’ai mis le chauffage (radiateur mode grille-pain) qui n’a guère chauffé la chambre. Il n’y avait plus de savon liquide dans le bac.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis La chambre et salle de bain propre Une seule prise dans la chambre nous avons donc racheter une multiprise Le petit-déjeuner était correct cependant il manque quand même des céréales pour les enfants et jus de pomme

Un cauchemar !

arrivés la nuit après 23h. Tel au n°d'astreinte mais ne répond pas. Essais plusieurs fois même en présence d'autres clients interloqués . Avons rejoint un autre hôtel à côté. Réceptionniste a essayé le n°d'astreinte mais rien ne répond. Heureusement avons pu passer la nuit dans cet hotel mais des frais imprévus en plus. Mon mari handicapé devait pouvoir se reposer. On s'assoit sur 3nuits car non remboursables ! On a vécu un véritable enfer ! NON JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS CET HÔTEL !!!

hotel probablement ancien, tres abîmé par des années d'exploitation. Maintenance apparemment désastreuse, propreté discutable, plomberie en ruine, évacuation bouchée... je suis arrivé à 21h la fenêtre était ouverte et le chauffage arrêté. 12° dans la chambre....

Chambre petite,sans rangements, des courants d'air venant de la porte,ce qui fait que le petit chauffage qui n'est pas tres loin ne suffit pas a réchauffer la personne qui est l'autre côté du lit,meme sur le 8 ou 9. Le lit pas confortable pour nous ,car vraiment trop dur,on avait l'impression de dormir sur des planches. La salle de bain très très petite, pas fait pour les grands et les clostrophobes. Les points positifs sont le parking et le petit déjeuner. Ca passe pour une nuit mais pas plus

Hôtel 2eme Classe (en marche vers la 3eme)

Les hôtels 1ere Classe sont vieillissants (20/25 ans en moyenne) et aujourd’hui le rapport qualité /prix est mauvais. Des prix qui ont continué à augmenter, et des hôtels de plus en plus dégradés. Celui de Brest n’échappe pas à la règle. Insonorisation inexistante. Cependant la chambre était propre. Draps et serviettes propres. Savon dans le distributeur.
