"Great location, 20 minutes from Old Town, 10 minutes from Universitate metro, but on a busy road so you may want to keep the windows shut. Fortunately there is efficient air conditioning (controlled by a remote). Clean, comfortable, with a small kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, kettle). I kept the blinds closed against the heat and the workmen outside, and then found the lighting a little dim. Brighter bulbs and/or a bedside light would be welcome."

"The area is great, within walking distance from Old Town. The apartament is rather spacious, and nicely furnished. The floors are very creaky and you can hear every noise from the street. We did not get much sleep. Furthermore, the drain in the bathroom overflowed into the living area after my daughter tried to take a shower, and we had to scramble to clean it up with towels. "Very nice apartment, easy to reach by metro and Tram. Tram stop only a 2 minute walk from apartment. Was given very clear instructions by host on how to check in. It was good that check in was at 2pm and check out not until 12pm so had a bit of time to relax. Apartment kitchen was fully equiped with microwave and kitchen."

"Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation."

"I never got any check in details, despite asking several times via various means of messages. I also asked whether I cld could come slightly earlier. I was told I cld but again no check in details were given. There was no key safe or a reception to pick up a key. In the end I had to book somewhere else. "

"We had some initial issues with Expedia putting this apartment in Old Town when it is not, luckily we managed to upgrade on the way there to one that is. Unfortunately by coincidence our upgrade then suffered a burst pipe so George upgraded us again to the property next door! Both apartments were lovely regardless! Thank you George for all your help, you were invaluable. "

"The apartment is very centrally located. The sofa bed was already made up for my two sons. The host communicated with us via WhatsApp before our arrival and stayed in contact throughout our stay. Very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with a full sized fridge and coffee maker. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the city. "

"Amazing little apartment, not too far a walk from main city. Easy to get to. We loved the washing machine as my partner and I had been travelling from the start of the month and by the end of the month had worked up a lot of washing so high praise for the washing machine alone! It was a pretty apartment and bedroom was lovely, being upstairs really made us feel at home!"
