It's a condo (Koreans call sharing units as condo) rather than a hotel. Youngsters come a lot and very noisy at night. If you will have a party at night, you will love this place but if you are visiting with your family and want a rest, find out another one.

4인실에 거실과 룸 구분이 안되어 불편했습니다.4개룸을 사용했는데 어떤룸은 벌레도 있었습니다..좀더 신경써주심이~~

모기가 많고 창틀등 청소가 미비함
모기가 방안에 너무 많아서 내가 잡은 것만 5~6마리이고 벽과 천장에 모기를 잡은 핏자국과 검은 자국이 20여개 그대로 있었음 특히 커튼 뒤 창틀에 죽은 모기들이 많이 있는데 청소가 되어있지 않았음. 모기향등도 방안에 구비되어있지 않았고 ....

보이지 않는곳까지는 청결하지 못했던,,
바닥 청결상태가 돟디는 못했음. 라면조각들이 이불 여기저기 있고 소변얼룩같은게 안쪽에 보임,, 그 외 침대 매트리스 등은 편했음.
