"Such an amazing hotel - honestly may be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed!! The location is absolutely beautiful, there are tons of little terraces and seating areas spread out across the property so you can enjoy a sunrise or sunset view, or just sit and relax. The staff was extremely sweet and helpful, gave us a map and thorough explanation of the area and everything to do. "Our first time at a cave hotel and this place was great. The rooms are clean, maintained, and very spacious. The breakfast was great and the staff are nice. Check in could be faster though as the person at the desk tries to sell excursions and tours while people are checking in, which causes a line of people waiting to check in. "
