"We only had one night in Ribe with our two teenage children, so wanted accommodations with plenty of space. Storkesøen was perfect! We had a large a-frame cabin with three bedrooms and a full kitchen. it was so nice to hit the grocery store and be able to come back and make dinner and breakfast. Kitchen was well-equipped with all the basics. We did have to pay additional per person rate for linens (bath towel and sheets) but traveling from overseas it required. Location was close to town for...

"You will not be disappointed with your stay here. It has a feeling of opulence with it's large period decor rooms and four poster beds. Our apartment had three large bedrooms and fully kitted kitchen and a lovely bathroom with a free standing bath and a separate shower too. They lounge dinner again was lovely and spacious. The receptionist was so helpful and it was her first day working there but was so very attentive. The staff should be congratulated for their hardwork as it really shows....

"The staff gave excellent service and advice on extra activities ie the use of the sports facilities namely the indoor and outdoor swimming pools diving boards hottubs and saunas. "If you enjoy staying in small friendly hotels that are old Danish then this is a nice place. The restaurant is dark wood paneling from another time. Books and pictures from long ago decorate the dinning room. The food is very good and good quality. I recommend having dinner on the first night. "The location was perfect for the business trip. The accomodation itself was clean and tidy although basic and was in need of an update. I ate in their restaurant and the food was excellent. The breakfast was satisfactory but thats just because no cereal available and basic continetal of meat, cheese and bread isnt my thing. The service was fantastic and friendly, I requested an irion and board and this was brought to my room within 2 minutes. I will use again when next in the area."
