"The area around the house is unsafe! One of our vehicles was vandalized. This is an ongoing issue for this district according to the police department. The suite does not have adequate supplies for meal prep, cooking or cleaning up. The street is very busy & noisy all hours of days. Parking at the rental is limited to 2 vehicles (even though it says 3) for an 8 bedroom house (split into two suites)."

"This house had amazing features! There were more beds and bathrooms than we expected, and everyone was comfortably situated. In fact, everyone slept well! We didn’t need a second kitchen, but sure enough, there was one. The room with the bunk beds actually had two bunk beds (meaning four beds), its own bathroom, and laundry facilities. The advertised “pool” was really not a pool but a super large hot tub. The kids had a lot of fun in the game room. And the beach was only a block away! More pros:...
