Do not stay here! As another reviewer said, no-one will service the room. Rubbish is allowed to build up over however many days you are staying there and no bathroom clean. I left halfway. The mattress has deep dips where springs stick out. I had to fill them up with pillows in order to sleep. No receptionist. Just some scruffy old boy moaning about being summoned 'too early'. I paid £68 pn and someone else paid £80 pn. for this. Awful place. Avoid.
We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The bed was comfortable and plenty of water pressure and hot water. The location of the property was great for discovery of the Pembrokeshire area. Parking is super easy with a large car park behind the property (free between 7pm and 9am and cheap during paid hours). Staff were lovely and very helpful. We at in the restaurant both nights and really enjoyed our meals. Their onion rings are the best I have ever had! Breakfast was also delicious.
We booked the premium room but he changed us to a normal double as he said the bar might get rowdy. There was 1 patron and the kitchen was not open so I don’t think anyone else would be in as it was 7pm. We were left standing in the bar while he had a phone conversation hot 15 mins and then walked us to the room while still on phone. The room is as very tired and tiny and dilapidated. We didn’t stay and had to pay for another
newly refurbished?? very basic, unclean, breakfast was ok, almost warm, noise from bar below was ridiculous , untill 2am sat morning, gone 4am sunday morning, if you value your sleep DO NOT STAY HERE!
